This type of report can be prepared only when ICES has received specific instructions beforehand from the agency or institution that requires the report. Only two copies of the report will be issued: one to the applicant and one to the institution.

This type of report can be prepared only when ICES has received specific instructions beforehand from the agency or institution that requires the report.

1-day ($270):

Available for General reports only (price includes General report fee). 1-day Rush reports are completed within one business day following receipt of all required documents and information.

5-Business
days ($75):

Available for all types of ICES evaluation reports. 5-day Rush reports are completed within 5 business days following receipt of all required documents and information

12-Business
days ($45):

Available for all types of ICES evaluation reports. 12-day Rush reports are completed within 12 business days following receipt of all required documents and information.

Please allow for reasonable mailing time if courier service is not requested.

Two copies of the evaluation report are included in the report fee. Additional copies cost $10 each when requested with the initial application.

Copies requested after the report has been prepared cost $30 for the first copy and $10 for each additional copy ordered at that time. Copies may be requested by the person who paid for an evaluation report, or by the person whose credentials were evaluated. ICES reserves the right to deny requests for a copy of an evaluation report after the report has been prepared.

Extra copies of Catalog Match reports are not available.

If original documents are submitted and you would like them returned via courier, or if you would like your report sent via courier, please submit an additional $35 per address for courier service and special handling ($50 per address outside of the United States). If you do not request this service, we will return your original documents via regular mail.

Unofficial fax copies of your completed evaluation report can be requested with the initial application, or with any future copy requests, and cost $10 each.
